we had great time here today; super comfortable to visit with kids; they do also have a changing table in the restroom. We had a treat from one of the staff members. My son was thrilled)) To put it short, we absolutely loved the Panera Bread at Nassau Street. Thank you ❤

Great service great food clean restroom

I work nearby and ordered delivery from this Panera twice, but will never again. The first time I preordered soup to be delivered during my lunch break and it came 2 hours early. The second time I ordered delivery ASAP and the order was over an hour late! Terrible delivery service.

Fairly large Panera. Management was very active and ensured that every diner was having a great experience. Definitely one of the best chain restaurant experiences I have had.

Great salads and bread bowls, love the ability to customize. But the coffee is not the best, and pastries are too sweet and glazed for my liking. Seating is very spacious and service is quick. A great place for a quick and healthy bite to eat.

Good place for breakfast, lunch, or just to work. Cozy atmosphere and free wifi makes this place a great place to relax.

I like this restaurant! They prepare first-cleass food, they have a nice menu, The chef in that place is very experienced, I like a lot eating all their food. The food is always fresh and tasty, the service towards the customers is very good too. I often eat in this restaurant and I was never discontended. I recommend it to all my friends.

Food was terrible. I'm a big Panera/St. Louis Bread Co. fan. This location didn't live up to expectations.

Clean restaurant. Optimal location in Tyson’s Corner. Easy to order and good amount of seating. Would recommend having the refreshments a bit more center of the establishment as they are hard to find.

I placed an order for delivery on a Saturday about a month ago and asked for extra avocado... When delivered there was actually no avocado..I called them and let them know it was okay and the manager was really nice and actually said I'll give you complimentary next time and he took my name down. I decided to take him up on that offer today and called but they had no record of this and when asked to speak with the manager he wasn't available all of the sudden or was on his lunch break... Definitely was not the customer service I received initially.

Great spot to hang out. The soups are amazing! It is located in nassau st. in front of Princeton University. Recommended! 👍😃✔️

Coffee is real good

Large store with good seating. Plenty of choices for food and good bakery. Can order ahead or order on iPads then pick up your order. Usually fairly busy but the wait isn't long. A few tables outside.

Food is always great, service is always fast, it's honestly just one of the best casual restaurants in Princeton.

Nice place.... Wasn't crowded... The support mobile ordering... I knocked off one star because of 2 things.... On was that I stood at the counter for quit a bit of time while the employee there was standing off to the side until the manager mentioned to him I was waiting... And they got my order wrong, but didn't notice it till after I got back to the car....

Good enough food but the bathrooms were in need of assistance. Lots of parking and friendly staff.

Not the best Panera I've been to and I've been to many. Maybe because it's so busy but it doesn't have the same polite customer service feel that most Panera's have. The physical location is so so. Overall I love Panera's this one is just OK surprising since is located in Princeton.

Decent Panera Bread location. The staff was very helpful despite it being very busy. They keep the store clean and the bread bowls are awesome. They have some outside seating and as well as decent seating indoors.

Delicious! Our order was screwed up a couple of times and the manager made it right. Good experience!

Ordered for Rapid pickup...got there at 12:25 when my order was supposed to be ready...waited a further 25 minutes until it was ready grabbed it and rushed back to the office...only to realise my order was completely incorrect. I ordered a salad and a soup...now I have someone else's sandwich. Not going to be back in a hurry

I admire this restaurant a lot. It has a great atmosphere. The cuisine is splendid. the service is dynamic and the stuff is courteous. The price is fair. I warmly recommend.

This is a hopping location. Never had bad service or food. Just prepares that certain times can be insanely busy with students. Great spot to use a clean bathroom and grab a got beverage in the winter if your exploring the campus.

Normally we have not had an issues ordering online and receiving our order on time. However, today our order was received more than 30 minutes late and arrived cold and even with the wrong receipt ticket. I am truly disappointed in the service received today because normally things are usually smooth.

I ordered a simple pick 2 to be delivered when I go on break at work. They were very prompt, however the order they delivered was not mine. I caught it right away and the delivery guy was very apologetic. They sent mine out shortly afterward, however I ended up getting my order at the very end of my break. I called the store to verify I was only charged once since I had to sign twice. I spoke to one of the managers and by her tone I could tell she couldn't be bothered. No apology for the mix-up and the subsequent delay, she just asked for my last name and verified one payment. I'm very easy to pacify, and I honestly would have been fine with a simple apology or a cookie thrown my way (I get it, things happen). But based on the monotone, apathetic conversation I had with the manager, I will not be ordering from here anymore. I gave two stars because the initial delivery was right on time and both drivers were very friendly.

Excellent bread variety, good choice for lunch dinner menu.

I go here all the time. Food is good and comes out quickly. I have never really had a serious issue with an order (sometimes wrong drink or something which was immediately corrected) out of over 100 visits. Decently clean, maybe a few crumbs or something at recently vacated tables. Bathrooms are nice. Service is friendly for the most part. My only complaint would be the ordering screens which sometimes have issues, but you can always just order at the counter.

Good thing is they have kiosk to order. Nice and easy, but the food itself is not of the quantity compared to other locations. Great seating outdoor to enjoy a good weather. Somone ordered after us, but got the order done faster, maybe its easier make than what we ordered but it felt strange

Love this panera. Staff is great and it's in a historic part of Princeton. They are open early and have a nice seating area. Can't really complain about the experience eatting there only negitive thing is the woman who come there for breakfast(customers) are quite obnoxious and entitled... I feel bad for the staff cause they are great people.
